Standard Package

Venue/function room is located within Area 1 (see below).

Performance times are 7.30pm till 12.00am

Cost is £160.00

Extended Performance Times

The requirement for extra hours will be charged at £20.00 per hour.

Example 1 Wedding Afternoon Reception – where guests arrive at the venue following the wedding service for buffet or dinner. Disco presence required for the use of background music upon arrival and for the use of the P.A. system for top table speeches.

Example 2 Extended Licensing – where the venue’s entertainments license is beyond the usual 12.00am finish. 1.00am or 2.00am finish for example. Please note that overtime hours are charged at £30.00 per hour when extended hours are not written into the contract at the time of booking but have been authorised by PS Disco Roadshow and the Venue Management under the request of the customer on the performance date.

Area 1 – No Surcharge for Local Area (Cannock, Great Wyrley, Cheslyn Hay, Calf Heath, Heath Hayes)

Area 2 - £15.00 Surcharge (Aldridge, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Burntwood, Lichfield, Stafford)

Area 3 - £30.00 Surcharge (Dudley, Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove, Birmingham, Redditch, Telford, Tamworth, Bridgnorth)

Area 4 – Surcharge TBA (Outside areas above, to be discussed)

Other Extras

Extra 1 – If reception consists of more than 150 guests £20.00 Surcharge

Extra 2 – Upstairs function room £10.00 Surcharge
